If you would like to return an item, either for exchange or refund, please send your request via email to [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Be sure to also provide proof of purchase with your request. Items must be in the same condition you received it to be eligible for return.
Failure to provide proof of purchase and/or waiting more than 15 days to make your return request will result in denial of that request.
Items returned without approval will not be honored.
For approved returns/exchanges/refunds, we will provide a shipping label to you. Items that are approved for exchange will be reshipped to the customer free of charge.
Refunds that are approved will be paid to the method by which your purchase was made. Please allow time for your bank to receive and process the payment.
All items are physically inspected prior to original shipping. If your return request is approved and upon inspection it is determined that an item has been damaged or tampered with in any way that is not of our own fault, a refund will not be issued.
If you receive a damaged shipment due to mishandling during delivery, please file a claim with the United States Postal Service.
